Chicken Doritang 덝도리탕

We got Doritang (도 리탕), which is Spicy Chicken Stew, at this hole-in-the-wall restaurant, down a back alley.  They gave us aprons as well, just in case the chili red soup splashed back in us. ;) There was a mountain of chopped garlic and probably a whole chicken and a half in there.  It was very good.  The spice was just right for Dave and I, just above comfort for the kiddos.  We just fished out the chicken for them and ordered several bowls of rice (밥 6 병 있 어 요).  Good times.
